CPH Beat Collective provides DJs for corporate events in Copenhagen: galas, conferences, product launches, summer parties and company anniversaries. We plan the music to your run-of-show, from lounge background to a full afterparty, with sound, light and microphones included.
Corporate events run on a schedule. Our DJs work from your run-of-show, play walk-in and award stings on cue, handle the microphones for speeches, and only turn it up when the formal part is over.
Through our parent agency, A+A Media & Events, we can also handle event production, content and promotion — one team from invitation to afterparty.

FAQ
Questions & answers
Can you work with our event agency or venue?
Yes. We regularly work with venue technicians and event managers and follow their schedule and rules. Share the run of show, load-in times and any technical requirements, and we coordinate the details directly with them so you do not have to be the middle person. Our DJs play on CDJ-3000/XDJ setups or bring their own, which makes it easy to fit into an existing production. Add the agency or venue contact to your request and we take it from there.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes, we send a normal Danish business invoice with VAT to your company. Before that you get a fixed quote within 24 hours, so finance knows the exact amount from the start, including travel if the event is outside Greater Copenhagen. Just include the company name and any reference or PO number when you confirm the booking. The date is reserved as soon as you confirm, and questions about invoicing can go to info@copenhagen-dj.com.
Can you also produce the event?
Through A+A Media & Events we can deliver sound and event production, content and promotion as one package. CPH Beat Collective is a division of A+A Media & Events, so the DJ, the production and the content team work together from the same plan.
