Every booking gets one fixed quote that includes the DJ, professional sound, party lighting, setup and travel within Greater Copenhagen — no surprises afterwards. As a guide, Essential covers up to 4 hours and 80 guests, Signature up to 6 hours and 200 guests, and Headliner runs all night for 200+ guests. Summer weekends, December and New Year’s Eve fill up fast, so we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead for weddings and big events. For smaller parties, a few weeks is often enough — and it’s always worth asking if your date is closer than that. Your date is only reserved once you confirm the quote, so the sooner you send an enquiry, the better your chances on popular dates. Absolutely. Before the event we hold a personal music meeting where we go through your must-play list, your do-not-play list and the vibe you want for each part of the evening. That might mean calm music for dinner, a specific first dance and a packed dance floor later on. On the night, our DJs take requests and read the crowd, so the music follows the mood in the room while staying true to your wishes. Yes — we are based in Copenhagen but play all over Denmark, including Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg. Travel within Greater Copenhagen is always included in the price. For events elsewhere in Denmark, travel is simply one line in your fixed quote, so you see the full cost up front. You get the same DJ, professional sound and party lighting wherever the party is. A standard setup needs about 2 × 1.5 metres and a normal power socket. We check the venue details with you beforehand, so we know where the DJ will stand, how we get in and when we can set up. Ideally the DJ is placed close to the dance floor with a socket nearby, which keeps cables tidy and the energy where the guests are. If space is tight or the venue is unusual, just tell us — we’ll find a solution together before the night.

Yes. All our DJs speak Danish and English, so international guests and Danish families are both looked after on the microphone. That makes us a natural fit for international weddings, company parties with colleagues from abroad and mixed groups of friends. The DJ can make announcements in both languages and help keep speeches and the evening’s programme on track using the wireless mic.
