As a guide, Essential covers up to 4 hours and 80 guests, Signature up to 6 hours and 200 guests, and Headliner runs all night for 200+ guests. Summer weekends, December and New Year’s Eve fill up fast, so we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead for weddings and big events. For smaller parties, a few weeks is often enough — and it’s always worth asking if your date is closer than that.
